Pre-purchase First-Time Homebuyer Financial Counseling: FREE

Are you starting to think about purchasing a home, but don’t know how it will fit in your financial plan?   Our pre-purchase homebuyer counseling can help you understand the process and develop your action plan for homeownership.   Your counselor will tailor the conversation to your individual budget and help create a realistic plan to prepare you for the future costs associated with homeownership.   This session solely focuses on the credit and financial aspects of homeownership.

Counseling for First Time Homebuyer Education Certificate: $75.00 Fee, Certificate Awarded

The Homebuyer Education On-on-One Counseling Session is specifically for individuals who are participating in a homebuying or lending program that requiresa homebuying education certificate.  

This intensive one-on-one counseling session covers the process of working with real estate professionals, closing costs, credit terms, mortgagees, home inspections, and maintenance costs.   If the client is required to take the course, but is not closing within the next 30 days, we recommend OnTrack’s comprehensive homebuyer education class.   Click here to learn more about our homebuyer education class.
