Thinking about purchasing a home, but don’t know where to start?   Between realtors, banks, closing costs, and inspections, the task can seem overwhelming.   But don’t worry – OnTrack’s comprehensive homebuyer education class has the answers you’ve been looking for and resources to help!

Our HUD-certified course provides a step-by-step explanation of the homebuying process so that you can make an informed decision about the biggest investment you will probably ever make.   This twelve-hour workshop series includes information on:

  • Developing a budget for successful homeownership;
  • Working with realtors and finding a home;
  • Understanding mortgage terminology and how to choose a mortgage;
  • Understanding how credit affects your loan application;
  • Understanding home inspections;
  • Preparing for the loan closing;
  • And more!

Our dynamic class includes guest speakers who are professionals in the real estate business, such as real estate agents, home inspectors, mortgage lenders, and real estate attorneys.
