Home Protection Pilot Program

If you are a homeowner who has been laid off or experienced a loss of income due to local economic conditions, the Home Protection Pilot Program may be able to help you.   This state sponsored loan program provides funds to cover your mortgage payment or prevent mortgage delinquency foreclosure while you are retraining for a new career.  

Home Protection Pilot Program: FREE

Loans are:

  • 0 % Interest;
  • No monthly or annual repayment required;
  • 15 years repayment period with payments according to what client can afford.

OnTrack’s counselors will guide and assist you with the entire process including:

  • Evaluating your information to determine if you’re eligible for the program;
  • Acting as your main contact for the entire program;
  • Providing mortgage delinquency / default and financial counseling;
  • Reviewing your credit report, compile, and submit the application; and
  • Conducting ongoing counseling with you through successful completion.
